Overview

Mount Everest, also known as Sagarmatha lies at the elevation of 8,848m (29,035ft) above ocean level. It is the highest peak in the world. Mount Everest is still considered as a challenging mountaineering adventure. To remain at the top of the world is one of life’s most rewarding experiences. We have the latest technology in weather forecasting and communication systems both on and off the mountain.  An endeavor on Everest is a conferring undertaking which requires a tremendous measure of commitment and assurance. Detailed itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, one of our delegates will pick you up and escort you to your designated hotel. In the hotel, you will be briefed about the further plans of the trek.

Day 02: In Kathmandu (Briefing and preparation)

Today, you are going to prepare everything for Everest expedition including all the necessary equipment and clothes which will be used during your trip.

Day 03Flight to Lukla and trek to Phakding

After breakfast, we will take a flight to Lukla. During the flight, you will encounter the astonidhing perspectives of Himalayas of Nepal including Mt. Everest (8,848m), Mt. Makalu (8,463m), Mt. Cho Oyu (8153m), Mt. Lhotse (8,501m), Mt. Lhotse Shar (8,393m), Kanchenjunga, Gaurishankar, Ganesh, Langtang and so forth. From Lukla, you will head up the Dudh Koshi Valley towards Phakding.

Day 04Trek to Namche

From Phakding, we will leave for Namche crossing the streams and reaching Monjo which is the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. From there, we will take the best path in order to finally reach Namche.

Day 05Rest day in Namche

The fifth day is our rest day. If you want, you may visit Khunde Hospital which was set up by Sir Edmund Hillary and Everest View Hotel for evening glimpse of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and Ama Dablam.

Day 06Trek to Thyangboche

Today we will follow the trial of Dudh Koshi in order to reach Thyangboche. En-route, you will encounter the perspectives of incredible peaks of the Khumbu region including Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and Ama Dablam. As we move downwards, we will go through a few Sherpa villages and teashops- and finally reach today’s destination.

Day 07Trek to Pheriche

Today, we will plunge towards the Imja Khola. The trail then follows the tough way to the town of Pangboche which faces Mt. Ama Dablam (6,856m). Delight of the trek will be further highlightened by the perspectives of mountains, backwoods, Gompas, waterways and so on. Following two hours of walk, we will reach Pheriche.

Day 08Trek to Lobuche

Leaving Pheriche, we will trek tough to Lobuche and go through a wide valley, Khumbu glacier and a few teahouses on the way. The trail additionally offers great perspectives of Cholatse and Tawache.

Day 9Trek to Gorak Shep

The final destination for today will be Gorak Shep which is a base for the EBC. On the way, we will get encompassing views of Mt. Pumori, Mt. Nuptse and other peaks.

Day 10: Trek to Everest Base Camp

A promising start is required to reach the Everest Base Camp. It takes a few hours as the trail weaves its way through ice zeniths and precipices of the Khumbu Glacier. On the arrival, we can optionally take a higher course to get a fantastic perspective of the Khumbu Ice-fall and South Col.

Day 11 -54: Climbing Duration

These days are the major climbing days for you to make an ascent of mostly awaited summit of Mt. Everest. After few days of acclimatization and exercises, you will be taken to the higher camp, closer to the summit where you will be provided with food for high altitude. You are allowed to trek from lower to upper camp or vice versa for more practice and acclimatization. From top of the mountain, you can see the panoramic view of four of the world’s other highest peaks: Cho Oyu, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and Makalu.Finally, we wish for your success to conquer the highest point on the earth.

Day 55:  Everest Base Camp to Lobuche

From the Base Camp, you will head back to Lobuche. En route, you can have magnificent views of great Himalayas including summited Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Cho Oyu, Mt. Ama Dablam and many other peaks.

Day 56: Trek to Namche

From Pangboche, your trek will continue towards Namche. The trail will take you across streams and rhododendron timberlands amidst the points of view of Tawache, Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Kantega and Thamserku mountains.

Day57:  Trek to Lukla

This will be the last trekking day and the destination for the day is Lukla. After reaching Lukla, during the evening, we will have some rest and after that try the beverages prepared by nearby Sherpa people group.

Day 58: Fly to Kathmandu

Today after breakfast, you will get onto a flight to Kathmandu. The whole day in the capital is free for some shopping and refreshment.

Day 59: Free day in Kathmandu

Today will be an extra day for relaxing and enjoying Kathmandu. You can go for shopping, body massaging and spa treatments or sightseeing.

Day 60: Depart Kathmandu

After checking out of the hotel, our representative will take you to the international airport for your flight home. If you want to continue your stay in Nepal for short tours i.e. National parks, rafting, mountain biking, hiking, etc., please do let us know. We will be proudly serving your needs.
